Product information
We aim to display product information, images, descriptions and availability as accurately as possible. Product packaging, ingredients or specifications may change from time to time by the manufacturer.
If a product description or image is materially incorrect, please contact us before ordering where possible so we can clarify the details.
Pricing
Prices shown on this website are in pounds sterling (GBP) unless stated otherwise. Prices include VAT where applicable, unless we state otherwise on the product page or at checkout.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at checkout when you complete your purchase, subject to our acceptance of the order.
VAT
Where VAT applies to a product or service, it will be included in the price shown unless stated otherwise. Our VAT registration number, if applicable, is: [VAT NUMBER IF APPLICABLE].
Availability and stock
Product availability is subject to stock levels. We try to keep stock information up to date, but an item may become unavailable after you place an order.
If we cannot supply part or all of your order, we will contact you and explain your options, which may include a refund for affected items.
Placing an order
When you submit an order through our checkout, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products on these terms. You will receive an order confirmation by email if payment is successful, but this does not mean we have accepted your order.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide at checkout is accurate and complete.
Order acceptance
A contract for the sale of products is formed when we accept your order. We may refuse or cancel an order before acceptance, for example because of stock issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or payment problems.
Payment
Payment is taken through Stripe Checkout, a secure payment service operated by Stripe. Card and wallet payment details are entered and processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card details on our website.
Your order will not be processed until payment has been authorised successfully.
Delivery
We currently offer standard delivery within the United Kingdom. Delivery charges and free-delivery thresholds are shown at checkout.
Our current standard UK delivery charge is £4.99. Free delivery is available on qualifying orders of £100.00 or more, as shown during checkout.
Estimated delivery time for standard UK delivery is 3–5 working days from dispatch, unless otherwise stated at checkout or on our Delivery & Returns page.
Risk and ownership
Products remain our property until we have received payment in full, including any applicable delivery charges.
Risk in the products passes to you when they are delivered to the address you provide, or when collected by you if collection is offered.
Cancellations
If you are a consumer, you may have a legal right to cancel certain distance contracts within a cooling-off period. Details of how to cancel and any exceptions are set out on our Delivery & Returns page.
If you wish to cancel before dispatch, contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been dispatched, our returns process will apply.
Returns and refunds
Our returns and refund process is explained on our Delivery & Returns page. Refunds, where due, will normally be made to the original payment method used for the order.
Faulty or incorrect goods
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us promptly with your order reference and details of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter in line with your legal rights and our returns policy.
Business / trade customers
If you are ordering for business purposes, please contact us about trade accounts, bulk supply or commercial terms where applicable. Unless we agree separate written terms, business orders placed through this website are subject to these terms.
Consumer customers
If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods and distance selling regulations where applicable.
Promotions and discount codes
Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to additional terms, expiry dates, product exclusions or minimum spend requirements. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot usually be combined.
