Payment processing

Payments are handled by Stripe through Stripe Checkout. Payment card details are entered on Stripe's secure payment pages and are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full payment card number on our website.

We keep personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including fulfilling orders, handling enquiries, resolving disputes and meeting legal or accounting requirements.

Order records stored in our database are retained for operational, customer service and legal purposes. Cookie consent preferences are stored locally in your browser under the key ctg-cookie-consent-v1 until you clear them or change your preferences.

Data security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including secure hosting, restricted access to order data and use of reputable payment and email providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) in the UK.

To exercise your rights, contact us at hari@chadhatradegroup.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar browser storage for essential website functions and, with your consent, optional analytics. Details are explained in our Cookie Policy.
